Proof

$450.00
Sold Out

Proof compares the inner monologue to the environment that encapsulates these thoughts by separating words from imagery within each spread. The stories are printed on thin but strong handmade abaca paper which exemplifies the fleeting yet resilient nature of ideas. The title is a play on the printmaking term “proof,” referring to a print pulled to check the development of the image, and the idea that this book is the proof that the words, and therefore the writer, exist.

7.5" x 11" completed during the Spring of 2011
