There are a whole host of reasons you might be interested in one of our studio memberships. You might be looking to learn new skills, connect with other people who love prints and books, or get feedback on your work. Perhaps you’re just looking for access to our facilities. We offer four different studio memberships, and each of them provides a unique way to get involved at the studio.
Any of our memberships will allow you to rent studio time, but you cannot rent studio time without at least one studio membership. We offer four kinds of studio memberships. Each membership shares the same base benefits, but the higher levels of membership have expanded benefits which are catered toward serving artists in one of several specific ways.

Basic Studio Membership
$150 per year
This is the simplest membership we offer, though it is still rich with perks and opportunities. All other membership levels will build on top of this set of benefits. The Basic Membership comes with the following:
2 hour Welcome Course, which includes studio orientation and a one-on-one strategy session with IS Projects staff to figure out how to best use your studio time. This course is a prerequisite to Assisted and Unassisted Studio Rental and Open Studio sessions.
10% Discount on our scheduled workshops
20% Discount on setting up Private Instruction sessions for small custom workshops, as long as you are one of the participants
Invitation to our Member Nights: these free, three hour events occur at least two times each quarter. Members are encouraged to bring work for informal and constructive discussion with IS Projects staff, resident artists, and other studio members, to enjoy drinks and snacks, and if desired, to use that time to work in the studio.
Invitation to participate in the annual members print exchange
Monthly studio insider newsletter which will make you the first to know about upcoming studio events, workshops, and special members-only opportunities.
An end-of-the-year print
Print Club Membership
$500 per year
The Print Club Membership builds on the benefits offered in our Basic Studio Membership to offer you more opportunities to learn new book and printmaking techniques, as well as inviting you into an intimate cohort of print and book-loving peers. The Print Club Membership comes with the following:

Studio Supporter Membership
$1500 per year
This tier of membership is for artists and IS Projects supporters who want the opportunity to get really involved at the studio throughout the year. The Studio Supporter Membership builds upon our Basic Studio Membership with many additional benefits, including lots of individual attention for your work and your goals, and first access to visiting experts. The Studio Supporter Membership comes with the following:
2 hour Welcome Course, which includes studio orientation and a one-on-one strategy session with IS Projects staff to figure out how to best use your studio time. This course is a prerequisite to Assisted and Unassisted Studio Rental and Open Studio sessions.
